Obama comes to Dresden!

Sunday, May 31st, 2009

After-barack-obama in [lang_de]Obama kommt nach Dresden![/lang_de] [lang_en]Obama comes to Dresden![/lang_en]

Dresden will take the world’s centre stage because of this event. Naturally, this visit causes significant disturbances in the Dresden down town area. Thus on 4th and 5th June the Historic city will be completely closed. Therefore on those both days the dresdenwalks tours won’t take place. Except our fantastic New Town Tour, this tour will run as usual on 5th June at 3.00 pm. Don’t miss this historical day. Possibly we will even meet at the attempt to get a glimpse of the most famous president in the world.

Don’t miss one of the Festival`s fixtures - the Dresden singt & musiziert (Dresden Sings & Makes Music), which attracts hundreds of singers and thousands of listeners to the Brühl Terrace every year.

Guides in Green

Thursday, May 14th, 2009

Guides-bellevue in [lang_de]Stadtführer in Grün[/lang_de][lang_en]Guides in Green [/lang_en]We managed it, at last! As of now you can “inspect” all our guides face to face online. Not alone this: One can identify us now easily with our green and printed windbreakers and shirts.
On a windy afternoon we gathered at the famous Canaletto view at the beautiful shores of the River Elbe in order to shoot our pictures. The result can be examined on our website with immediate effect. See you soon in person!
